AquaPhoenix, we attribute a large portion of our continued success to our great team. We feel it’s important to assist our employees in their efforts to maximize their potential while encouraging them to “think outside the box” when seeking innovative solutions for our customers. Our C.S.I. board (Concerns, Suggestions and Improvements), posted in the warehouse, allows for an open platform where employees share ideas to make improvements throughout the company. Employees are also involved in internal and external training and certification programs to strengthen their professional development.
The Lighter Side of AquaPhoenix
Having a balanced work environment is an important part of our culture. Each year the company sponsors events where employees are able to enjoy time together both in and out of the workplace. Summer picnics, Halloween and ugly sweater parties, and our formal Christmas dinner are events we look forward to each year.
Our team is also committed to giving back to our community. We sponsor after school programs in support of science education and regularly donate educational supplies to local school districts. Every July our company rallies in support of the American Cancer Society through the Relay for Life. Employees work hard to fundraise money for this event and every donation is matched, dollar for dollar, by the company.
